Snapfish: Send in your film and get prints and negatives returned for just $4.98 a roll including shipping, your first roll is shipping only. You can also view and share your photos online (have to e-mail the people you want to share with). If you want to see what an album looks like email me and I will give you access to view my photos. Reprints are .39 Best I found if you want prints of all the pictures on a roll of film. I used this for the year before I got a digital camera, knowing I would want online copies of my photos. I've also used them many times for photo gifts.
Ofoto: Sending in film is $3.95 a roll for down-loadable digital images (first two rolls free) but you do not get prints automatically, but do get negatives. You get 15 free prints on signing up and 10 for each person that signs up through you. Reprints are .49
Club Photo: Film processing is $1 for down-loadable images and negative return. Reprints are .25 and you can have friends view by just a URL, they don't have to sign up. Pictures available 30 days and then can move to an online album that last 90 days. Referals earn you free shipping credit. Paid membership gives you longer album duration, for free you only get 30 days.
